No Hassles - Our top priority is to provide the best possible service; that is why we want to have the best return policy available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. within 14 calendar days of receipt Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition and fit for resale, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Standard Shipping charges are included in the refunded price. Please note that this no-quibble policy does not apply to customers who elected to pay in a currency other than the default currency (Pounds Sterling £) due to trhe exchnage risk already borne by us.

Once you have received an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number from our Returns Department you may return the item. Ensure the RMA number is clealrly visible on the address label. Please do not return the item until the RMA has been received. If the return is our fault, we'll cover the shipping.
If you're returning from outside the U.K., please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it trackable.

We'll handle your return within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the method you specify on the Return and Exchange Form. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a Gift Voucher for the amount of the returned item.
Return merchandise using our easy and convenient returns process, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling our Customer Service centre. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for the returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping at the current cost posted on our Web site. To request an alternate shipping method, please contact the Customer Service centre.
